We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure it.

3. Use of Services

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, market manipulation, or insider trading.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to disrupt or overload our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use our Services in jurisdictions where they are prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension, for any violation of these Terms.

4. Trading and Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including price volatility and potential loss of funds. You acknowledge that:

• Trading is at your own risk, and we are not liable for financial losses.
• You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with trading, staking, or other financial activities on our platform.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Consult a professional advisor before trading.

5. Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for using our Services, including:

• Trading fees for spot, margin, or futures trading.
• Withdrawal and deposit fees, where applicable.
• Other fees as outlined in our Fee Schedule.

Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of updates via our platform or email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by XTTB Exchange or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.
• Fail to complete KYC/AML verification when required.

Upon termination, you must cease using our Services, and any outstanding balances may be subject to withdrawal processes, per our policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XTTB Exchange is not liable for:

• Losses due to market volatility, technical issues, or unauthorized access to your account.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Dispute Resolution
